Things are sliding badly sideways these last few months wouldn’t you say and it no longer seems even remotely realistic to suggest we might have a single civilization seeking a unified agenda. That’s a pity because the urgency of getting to that point continues to mount. We all should focus on enjoying our families and friends as much as we can, if only because in the end it is that which matters most, but we are all part of a living planet that requires more attention than it has been getting of late. Taking it for granted is likely to lead to a similar outcome as taking freinds and family for granted- they may not be there when you really need them.
